Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your sunglasses in their original case and packaging to prevent damage during transit, then securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed at our warehouse.
